Adam Hollioake

Adam is an Australian cricket coach, and former player who represented England. He is currently a batting coach for the Pakistan national team. He has also competed as a professional boxer and had one fight as a mixed martial artist.


As a player, he was an all-rounder who played for Surrey and England. He captained Surrey from 1997 until 2003, winning three County Championships, and led England in One Day Internationals. Since retiring from cricket in 2004, Adam has spent his time involved in charitable and media work.

Rory Bysouth

Rory covers the full spectrum of Tax from Corporation and Private Client Tax to niche specialisms like R&D, Tax Technology and VAT.

Foyez Ahmed

Foyez joined MHA in April 2023 as an experienced tax manager in the private client field, with a particular specialism around looking after partnerships and LLPs and their respective partners tax affairs.

Foyez currently looks after a portfolio of partnerships/LLPs within MHA. Previously, he has looked after large LLPs in the professional practices sector, alongside providing tax advice and compliances services to the respective partners. In addition, Foyez has experience dealing with private clients in other sectors.








Aaron Hawkins

Aaron qualified as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2014 and joined MHA 2019.

His experience includes managing a portfolio of clients across the UK and Europe in a variety of sectors including Logistics, Wholesale Foods and Manufacturing, as well as a variety of Not-For-Profit organisations.

With his friendly and approachable working style, he is a firm believer that regular liaising with clients throughout the year, not just at the year-end audit, is the key to providing excellent services and building long term relationships. 

Stuart Chipperfield

Stuart is a Chartered Tax Advisor and has been with MHA since 2013, he has worked within private client tax for over 16 years.

Having started his career with HM Revenue & Customs he has gained useful insight into ‘the other side of the fence’.


Stuart has particular experience helping clients involved in the healthcare, legal and property sectors deal with their Income Tax, Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax issues. He also advises individuals on residence and domicile issues including the use of Trust structures.

Stuart prides himself on his attentive and friendly demeanour which he believes helps build trusting and long lasting relationships with his clients. Outside of work Stuart is a keen cricketer and is actively involved in the running of his local club.

Simon Hedges

Simon is a qualified accountant (FCCA), and is an Accounts Manager at BPSL in Hadleigh.  Simon has nearly 20 years experience of working in local Accountancy practice, across a range of sectors. 


Simon gained a degree in Business Management from the University of East Anglia in 2005, where he met his now wife of 14 years Lauren. They have twin girls Everly and Sophie.


When he isn't working, or chasing around after his six-year-olds, Simon enjoys to watch and write about all things sport.

Asad Shah

Asad is one of the Associates at the Enfield office and looks after a variety of clients in the property, telecommunications, care, leisure, events management, recruitment and financial services sectors.

Asad joined the firm 2013 as a trainee, and after a series of promotions he is now responsible for controlling and monitoring audit assignments, ensuring that they are delivered in an efficient and timely manner. Apart from audit, Asad enjoys advising clients on various tax compliance and planning matters.

Dhamender Singhal

Dharmender is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA) from ICAEW (UK) since 2018 and ICAI (India) since 2009 and has over 15 years of work experience in auditing, accounting, and taxation in India and over 3 years of financial accounting, and taxation experience in the UK.


Dharmender also holds Forensic audit and IFRS certifications from ICAI. He has a wealth of expertise and is a proactive member of ICAEW, ensuring Flintham Mackenzie stays at the forefront of industry standards. 

Muhammad Usman

Muhammad is an accountant and lecturer with over 9 years of experience. He combines his practical and academic knowledge of accounting and finance to deliver quality services and education to clients and students.

Muhammad holds FCCA and DET certifications, which demonstrate his competence and commitment to the accounting profession and the teaching sector. Muhammad is an accountant at Usman & Co. Accountants, where he provides financial accounting, reporting, and advisory services to a diverse range of clients.

Neville Pearson

Neville was born and grew up in Australia. After completing his degree he embarked on his accountancy career with KPMG, during which time he placed in the Top 3 in the State of Victoria in his chartered accountant exams.

Neville's formative professional years were spent working with owner-managed businesses, whom he assisted with all financial, accounting, tax and advisory matters.  He also worked on a major industry reform and privatisation project.

After 7 years with KPMG Melbourne, Neville transferred to London where he spent a further 5 years with KPMG. Most recently, Neville has been CFO of an energy trading and investment management group where he has gained extensive experience of international taxation, fund structures, as well as implementing financial processes and controls to support day-to-day operations.
